Return Policy

FOR APPAREL:

We have a 30-day return policy for IN STORE CREDIT ONLY on clothing items, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return for STORE CREDIT or EXCHANGE ONLY. There is no cash/money back option available for return. 

Refunds/store credit DO NOT INCLUDE SHIPPING FEES.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@groovy-garden.com. We will reply with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please include pictures of the item and it's packaging to help expedite this process.


Exchanges
You can contact us at hello@groovy-garden.com to initiate the return of the item you have, and once the return is accepted, we will ship out your exchange or issue you a code to access your store credit. If you are exchanging for another size and need to receive it in time for an event, you may want to place a new order for the size you want  rather than waiting to process the exchange and take the store credit for the item you're returning.

Items returned to sender as undeliverable/incomplete address/addressee unknown

Please make sure to confirm your address information is correct prior to checkout. We are unable to modify shipping address information once a package has shipped. If your package is returned to us by the carrier as undeliverable, we automatically begin processing the return. After processing is complete, you will receive an email confirming the return and information on how to access your store credit which you can use to repurchase your item(s). 

We can't reship orders that carriers return to us as undeliverable. You will need to place a new order on our website to reorder those returned item(s).

Refunds
There will be NO MONEY BACK REFUNDS, only store credit on CLOTHING ITEMS. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know how to access your store credit.  

FOR CANDLES:

If your order was not delivered due to customs issues or your order was delivered damaged/defective, please email us at hello@groovy-garden.com with photos and we can start processing a return or an entirely new order. Returns will not be accepted without photos of the product.

 

FOR SKINCARE:

We accept returns/refunds on a case by case basis. Please email us at hello@groovy-garden.com if there is an issue with your skincare item. Note: you may be asked to provide photos depending on reason for return/refund.
